Terms and Conditions

  • All prices include GST
  • Prices may be subject to change without notice
  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
  • EFTPOS facilities are available (Visa, Mastercard & American Express)
  • There is a 15% surcharge for any catering on Sundays and public holidays
  • All accounts are strictly 7 days, unless otherwise arranged prior to booking
  • Delivery to Woden Valley, Fyshwick, Weston Creek & central Canberra suburbs - $15 - please check when booking your function.  This includes a return trip to collect platters and equipment
  • Delivery to Queanbeyan, Belconnen & Tuggeranong - $20.  Delivery to Gungahlin - $25.00
  • Items can be collected from our cafe at a suitable time - please enquire when booking your function
  • Minimum number of people: 10 for buffet and lunch functions, and 15 for fingerfood functions
  • We require at least 4 days notice for most orders as we make everything from scratch
  • Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to function date
  • 2 days notice of cancellation or date change is required, otherwise full cost of the function will be due
  • Waiting staff or a chef onsite for your function is an additional fee of $35.00 per hour
  • Price includes platters, napkins and service utensils.  Glassware, crockery or cutlery can be provided, for an additional fee
  • All breakages and losses will be paid for
  • Dietary requirement can certainly be catered for, with notice
  • We try to cater for as many dietary requirements as we can.  All menus include the following identifiers:
     GF: Gluten Free
     DF: Dairy Free
     V: Vegetarian
