Minimum number of guests: 10
We take over your kitchen, cook and serve the menu items you choose. We then clean up and leave. Staff can also be provided for drinks service, for an additional fee.
Complimentary canapés on arrival and freshly baked bread rolls
ENTREE (choose 1 of the following, to be served to all guests)
Lemon & garlic marinated quail with rocket salad and blue cheese (GF)
Tasmanian smoked salmon with fennel and dill (DF, GF)
Homemade potato gnocchi with brown butter and sage sauce
Field mushroom and pumpkin stack with truffle aioli (V)
Warm salad of homesmoked chicken thigh with julienne vegetables and an asian style sweet soy dressing (DF)
Japanese style pancakes with prawns and pork, served with sweet mayonnaise and shaved bonito flakes (DF)
MAIN COURSE (choose 1 of the following, to be served to all guests)
Homesmoked Atlantic salmon fillets served on vibrant green pea puree, finished with beetroot relish (GF)
Marinated lamb rump with warm potato, olive & green bean salad, finished with balsamic reduction and minted yoghurt (GF)
Peppered beef fillet served with a warm salad of roasted kipfler potatoes, preserved lemon, pancetta and capers (GF)
Sesame marinated chicken breast with ginger rice and asian style vegetables (DF)
Nut crusted barramundi fillet with potato salad with green goddess dressing
Duck leg confit with braised red cabbage and apple (DF, GF)
(any of these dishes can be done as a vegetarian dish, we’ll just add something else to it)
DESSERT (choose 1 of the following, to be served to all guests)
Vanilla bean pannacotta with peppered strawberries and sweet balsamic sauce
Chocolate brule with orange and mint salad
Berry bakewell tart with saffron crème
Gin and tonic jelly with macerated fruits
White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry coulis
Sticky date pudding with homemade caramel sauce
